RPM. We are honored to have the chance to share the same bar-mat with talented and amazing bartenders from the community. August 21st: Alu's Chef Sean Temple will be featured at Plate & Pitchfork's Summer Dinner Series. Sean is teamed with chef Dustin Clark of Wildwood Restaurant, along with Grochau Wine Cellars at Champoeg Farm in St Paul to create a night to remember--a 4 to 5 course meal, each course paired with a Grochau wine. Alu will be closed that day (Saturday, August 21st) in order for Sean to share his talents at this event.
